A regular battle broke out on the small stage of the Jarocin festival between punk fans and police squads and bouncers. Thirty people were injured in the brawl.

The course of events was somewhat reminiscent of the situation two years ago, when the audience demanded that the organizers include the band DEFEKT MUZGÓ in the final concert. This time her sympathy was won by the SMAR SW band from Rzeszow, which was rejected by the jury. To ease the tension, concert hosts Jarek Janiszewski and Pawel Konnak promised that the group would play after the intermission. There was not enough for punk fans. So another concession to them was the agreement that SMAR SW would play a full concert.

Who started it is hard to figure out. At one point a scuffle began between security and the audience, who tried to force their way onto the stage. Stones, bottles and boards torn from the benches were sprinkled. The band left the stage, instead it became overcrowded with fans, who shouted: "Down with commercialism!" began tearing off elements of the stage set. Another group moved towards the equipment. Speakers, one of the amplifiers and the drums borrowed from ACID DRINKERS were destroyed. Guitars borrowed from the group FARBEN LEHRE disappeared. Losses will be estimated in the presence of representatives of PZU, which will handle compensation payments. There is talk of 500 million zlotys.

The festival has now ended normally. Awards were handed out, including the one sponsored by "SM". We honored the ANKH team.
